Expand staff’s quality, smelt team spirit

In these days, under high support and attention of the company’s manager, Baijin Machinery launched an outward bound aimed at increasing staff’s capacity at Jiaxing city, Zhejiang province. More than 100 young staff attended this activity, and this outward bound enhanced their personal capacity, strengthened their team service consciences, furthered their communication, and steeled their wills. This activity gained good training effects.
Led by the instructor, Baijin Machinery’s all staff conducted a series of activities such as “broken bridge in the air”, “getting water from iceberg”, “graduation wall” etc. On the training ground, trainees matched, competed and cooperated with their team members; the instructor taught the trainees imparted the direction 0f thinking and behaving, and helped them to complete their training tasks at the same time.
At night, all the staff sat in a circle to conduct a campfire party and made shows. The most attractive is the pole dancing shown by instructor and the trainees. Finally, Manager Assistant of the company, Shi Zhenhua concluded this activity, and shared an half an hour’s video using 500 pieces of photos. At the end of this outward bound, all staff tighter sang “l(fā)oving family” with hand in hand and wished Baijin have a better future.
This outward bound strengthened staff’s understanding of team work, responsibility, bareness to break through, and made them more clear of their potential, strengthened their confidence and determination to meet the challenge. They will develop this potential to future work, and then contributed more strength to the team.
